The reason why is maybe it from the 1900's and they did a complete cosmetic overhaul and it looks amazing, but what about the pluming, wiring, foundation, roof, supports, heating and air conditioning, and other things that don't have anything to do with the way it looks but might have a little to do with your bottom line.

Built in the late 1800's, 4 off street parking places, 2004 updated wiring, new gas lines, hvac, gutters, 5 furnaces, 3 central air units (2 more of unknown age) 80 gallon water tank from 2007. roof is ~13 years old.

So my client is a contractor as well....Of course he therefore expects me as a PM, to be his subcontractor too....Anyway, his property's windows are getting a lot of air coming through....He tells me there is window "sealing tape" at home depot???
