As the title says, I’m wondering if there are specific rules and regulations for wholesaling in California, and also as a licensed agent.

Anytime you are buying an investment option in an HOA or a new locale where you plan to Airbnb, you need to double-check the regulations so you don't end up stuck.

@Michael Gabin The markets were volatile from news about supply chain disruption from the virus... what caused the plunge was the price of oil cratering (banks are hedged on oil... so that's not good for our economy). 

I've been looking into this in Western Michigan and most area's have a similar regulation. 

Have you made sure of any STR regulations there?

Since coronavirus and global oil supply are having a compounded effect on equities, the already hot market will only continue to see capital moving towards it, thus creating upward pressure on prices.

I would predict Charleston will be shifting to a more balanced market in the next quarter with caution over the market, jobs and supply chain speed bumps.
