I have 4 deals under my belt (with a varying range of success) and have learned lessons from each.I’ve spent the last few years building my family and career and would now like to devote my energy into something that can finance my lifestyle without having to continue working for The Man.

Anecdotally, I've heard that local Facebook marketplace groups are an increasingly successful channel.

I'm a big fan of the booking sites, and we've been incredibly successful with our homes which are listed on multiple sites but 90% of the bookings come from Airbnb. 

Many of the most successful spirit-salespeople have used this method as it works well when done right.Get some funky looking person, even a starving actor for $50 and free food at the event, to be the 'property manager' and say strange, funny phrases to the reporters.
