Hi - My current broker does not have access to all of the MLS accounts I need so I was looking for some recommendations to see if anyone knew of a brokerage with access to the major Texas MLS systems (Austin, DFW, San Antonio, Houston).

My name is Michael Conway and i'm a native Seattle resident who has settled down with my wife in beautiful San Diego, CA.  

I doubt you'll see any effect in Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio where the economies are far more diversified. 

We are right next to San Jose, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.I am also a real estate attorney and decided to start my own real estate firm after having put together many deals for clients.I am an active community volunteer as well.I look forward to learning more from all of you.

The areas around my county looks to be very active with investors (SF, Sacramento, Oakland, Santa Rosa, San Jose, etc.).

I was thinking the inland empire, San Bernardino, Riverside area, as I think those are areas that would fit my budget.

I've been looking in to getting licensed as well, and have been leaning toward San Jac as it has a mixture of online and classroom, and covers the 6 courses in 4 or 8 week timeframes each (overlapping).

I am looking at 4 plexes in San Diego ad would like to do what you have done or the girl in Los Angeles.  

Would like to minimize finance costs, not pull money out of existing investments or go into business with friends for this first flip.We are located in San AntonioAny advice is much appreciated.
