No charge other than your food.

So is a S-corp a food way to go.. i was told that when i make a.sale and that money is taxed like capital gains.

Hey everyone,I just wanted to bring up a short talk I had with someone while getting food at a bar before the warriors game.

In the case of rooms, we rent furnished rooms and cater predominately to international students who arrive at university with a suitcase (or five).

@Scott Trench 1) I want to reduce eating out because I spend probably $10-$15 a day at eating junk food at work for breakfast and lunch when I could make a weeks worth of healthy food in an hour or two on the weekend and freeze it. 

@Karen Margrave, @Amy Wan, thanks a lot for responses, they definitely give me some food for thought.I would definitely like to try something within a group of two or more people (but not crowdfunding) as there is nothing like real life experience.

If you are going to cater to younger crowds then it's probably not a big deal, but if you are targeting families then it might create negative reviews down the road (sorry for the pun).  

The food is also incredible. 

Also, if yes, how far down the corporate food chain does the prohibition exist if my son works as an Investment Banking analyst for a company used by the GP or works for a division of the GP's firm or a division of the IB's firm?

Without a job you will never be able to invest to the point where you can quit working.A W2 puts food on the table, generates savings for further investing and is necessary to be able to qualify for financing.
