Heading to Baltimore To Invest

@Michelle Nelson I love investing in Baltimore, however it is a tough market to understand from afar. Spend as much time as you can looking at properties and networking. If  you are around on a Friday, you should go the the landlords lunch. A casual group of experienced investors as well as new investors. Deals often get done there.
