Hello BP I'm headed to Baltimore to next week. I want to invest and I'm ready to buy. If there is anyone who'd like to meet up or offer any advice let me know. Partnership opportunities are welcomed (serious inquires only). Looking for SFH and MFH. My fiancé is a licensed architect so fixer uppers are welcomed. Have a great day!

@John Thedford thanks for the call out

@Michelle Nelson I love investing in Baltimore, however it is a tough market to understand from afar. Spend as much time as you can looking at properties and networking. If  you are around on a Friday, you should go the the landlords lunch. A casual group of experienced investors as well as new investors. Deals often get done there.

It is every Friday at Spirits West, 2601 Wilkens ave 21223, from abut 12:00  until usually at least 2:00. No charge other than your food. Anyone is welcome. You are free to mention my name.
