It seems that MHP are a good fit for my job and my personally available hours.

I discovered that buying apartments or multiplexes is not a good fit for my personality.

I would look to evaluate a number of coaches/programs along with Fortune Builders to find the right fit for you.

SO, all you fitness instructors, yogis, nutritionists...try an exchange of your profession...for theirs.

These loans are not like the 1-4 unit FHA loans.That said, it wouldn't be a fit for your scenario.

Based on what you described above this doesn't sound like it would be a likely fit for a mortgage.
