Couldn’t one collect his mail at the duplex but rent out both units?

As of a few weeks ago I was getting promo rates in the mail to draw on my existing lines.

I am not allowed to broadly advertise specific commission rates; however, I am allowed to mail postcards offering special commission rates to areas where I've recently sold or if they give me permission to target a specific group (like non-owner-occupants in a specific zip code, for example).

I didn’t realize the power was off in one apt for an entire month after that until RG E turned all four units off a month after the tampering (past Thursday). 

There are several other e-signing competitors that do the same thing. 

Since I’ve been at the property doing some painting he has had a TON of mail coming in, confirming this suspicion.
