So maybe try using Zillow or the maps with UtahRealEstate.com app to filter active, under contract and sold homes in the neighborhood to get an idea of value.

Use apps like MilesIQ to keep track of it.

I found the owners name and new address through the App LandGlide but no phone number.

We keep a checking acct at a TD bank 2 mins away for deposits of money orders (then transfer $ to wherever it needs to go) as they typically won’t work on the mobile app to deposit.

Like maybe having prospects fill out an app and paying the fee even before they let the prospect physically view the unit.

I began using the Tellus app to pay rent and things like that as a tenant and I have a few friends who use it to manage their rental properties.

@Mary K.I started using this app while driving for dollars called drive by REI soon to be profit drive .. click on the house saves it for you gives basic info like absentee owner, beds ,bath ,sq ft, last sold date.. and you can collect 100 or 1000 and they will mail them for you.
