Even if we have hit peak pricing in the region, this could feasibly sustain for 2-3 years in the high-demand parts of Marin and the East Bay in addition to the northern Peninsula near San Francisco.

Once you get a couple of those memtioned by me and other just run to the local book store and brouse the business section until something peaks you interest.

Some who didn't sell at the peak wished they had, but even now the price is $1300, and they still make money!

We've bought several houses from her and she really understands the needs of the out of state landlord.Prices in Cape Coral are down from their peak last year.  

If you think we're near the peak of the market, it means it's going to take away one exit strategy if you're paying full retail price.  

It's a good time to sell, we are approaching the peak of the market (spring/summer).

For this reason, I try to look at long terms, like in my oringial post, knowing there will be peaks and valleys over time and in some cases extreme movements like we saw in 2008.Even with the risk involved, I still feel the potential reward is worth it.
