My initial thinking is to buy (and potentially fix up) 1-2 properties before heading to school, that way by the time I graduate I'll have paid off the mortgage enough to take a HELOC and invest in a new property, potentially a commercial one.Any feedback or tips are always appreciated.

I can't remember the name off the top of my head but the tenant also has to pay directly through the screening company for this to happen as well.I didn't go with them because I didn't like the reports.
