I am new to real estate investing and was looking into taking a heloc on my primary to purchase land and do a construction loan.

I can tell you about properties I have bought (and am still buying) between $1,300 and $30,000 that are worth 6x and over 1000x more today and have been generating rent every year on top of that appreciation.  

I am in the market for a custodian for a self-directed IRA for real estate investing.

Anyway, as I am actively searching for and applying for new positions, I am and always have been interested in wholesaling as a way to supplement income.What are some tips, pointers and or resources I can use to help me get the ball rolling?

I am planning to buy a house in Bronx, close to the city, I found a single family house 1 and 1/2 bathroom, 3 bedroom, finished basement, garage, and yard,The house looks in really good condition, I already made an offer for 570.000, in melrose Bronx, I know this is not a safe neighborhood, but I do believe the house will appreciate and also I think I could easily rent it since it’s close to the subway,What do you guys think, will a house in melrose Bronx will appreciate it, taking into account it is close to projects and it’s in melrose? 

Am I wrong? 

Hi BP Community,I work full-time and am interested in some of these turnkey solutions I see online that almost seem like one-stop-shop and hassle-free.

I paid for it with a LOC and am looking to refinance it into a loan.

The two lenders I contacted through the "Find a Lender" option never called me back, so I am looking for a local and relatively small credit union or bank I can talk to about taking out a HELOC so I can invest fairly soon.Any recommendations?

From what I read, it seems that I am not exempt as I don't satisfy condition no.3:The individual is not a senior officer of the reporting company.Thanks for your post.
