Another thing to think about is are those businesses able to weather the ups and downs of a market.

The properties are in a great school zone in an area that continues to draw in new tenants, has a diverse job market and enjoys great weather.

This comes in part from our favorable weather, granting our residents access to outdoor living all year round.

The difference between us is I dont want to work if I have to and I want to have a ton of extra income to give, travel and live a higher quality of life like a cabin on the lake and a warm weather vacation home.

Looking for the general median home price forecasts but also population growth, job growth, etc.

In upstate NY, I still find this a rare occurrence as most people don't want to move when the weather and temps can make it more of an ordeal.I have only ever done MTM leases for my rental units and it has served me well.
