I know the universities are taking in record amounts of international students who have money to spend on high end furnished rentals.Ming Lim I was able to be very picky with the guests I accepted because of how high the demand was but I can understand the argument other condo owners would have against short term rentals.I am looking in Kingston, sizeable population with a large university.

Fixtures have a tendency to go missing on jobsites and it is virtually impossible to tell (even for the GC sometimes) if it was theft, accident, or what happened.In your position, I'd offer to split the cost of the replacement parts with the GC.
