I made this post as away to find other investors in the space and try to form a virtual network here on BP.

I am using meetup and attending virtual meetings but I would like a change of pace.

Inventory of this kind is virtually non existent in the local rental market, so it’s very hard to say what it’s value would be to someone wanting land who has horses. 

Dear members, are there any local meetups or groups in NJ that are actively meeting in-person or virtually to network and grow and discuss things? 

I recently attended a Baltimore outdoor auction via virtually from Tel-Aviv and even the opening and closing bids were extremely high for the Bmore Auction market. 

Labor is in short supply despite high unemployment for example, and prices for virtually everything are on the rise.

Hi all,I am new here and new to Wholesaling / Investing.I am a Residential Designer, almost Licensed Architect, trying to Design / Build my own Projects.I figured Wholesaling could help me do that, while also getting experienced in finding and closing my own Deals.I am trying to Focus on a single Market for Deals and could use some advice.I would focus in my Backyard, but I live in Redondo Beach, South Bay, Los Angeles and the Market here is crazy intimidating.My Brother-in-law is a Realtor and Flipper in Mesa Arizona, so I could focus around the Phoenix area, as he could help.My College Buddy is also a Realtor and Flipper in Plano Texas, so I could focus on the Dallas Fort Worth area as well.I am considering moving to Portland / Hillsboro Area, so maybe focus there.Or, none of the above and just focus on parts of the Country that are hot Real Estate Investor Areas and Wholesale 100% Virtually to them.Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Thanks for promoting MAREI Andrew - we have a monthly meeting that goes back to in person starting in July and we have a Friday networking round table - online and working on a monthly virtual meeting going forward to connect with our out of state folks
