I've been to MB a few times (mother used to live there until she became ill and I moved her back here to CA).

I have a house in chicago that I want to sell but it has tenants inside and a lease that ends in October. can i sell the house before lease ends or can i give my tenant a 30 day notice so she can leave and ill sell the house. 

thanks for all the reply's i bought a subscription to myhousedeals.com and found some properties for sell from motivated sellers. if i find any good deals ill pass the information on to this site. anybody else got anything?

well it depends on your goals and current status.If you have a high paying job now and not planning to leave your job soon.I would prefer to have lower cashflow but higher appreciation.As Ill be taxed on my cashflow with the same brackets of my income.Appreciation I can refinance and take out money without being taxed

I received the materials and, so far, are very informative.That's great, ill be attending the one in Las Vegas in Sept 2019.
