The first one in Fayetteville is about 20 minutes from Fort Braggs, the purchase price is $135k the property has been rehabbed fairly recently sits on half an acre has a pool, gazebo, nice outdoor living space, separate 2 car garage.

We worked out of a mansion where (NBAer Matt Barnes was supposed to buy it but I don't know if he ever did as they canned me) which was cool as they had a pool and a nice garden but the office politics were awful.
