In most markets that have strong cash flow you should assume no appreciation which is counter to many Canadian markets.It depends on your situation but often Canadians invest using a US LP for both tax and liability reasons but you need someone with knowledge of your specific situation.

I own two duplex properties in Los Angeles, but am looking to get into other markets with lower housing prices but strong rents.

When I graduated college my father was into comm'l real estate and was a licensed broker and he taught me a little bit.The main thing to do is to educate yourself and once you decide what you want to do, focus on that style you pick out 1 or 2 areas and make sure you know them well. 

Style and age are different.Are there cash buyers that buy this stuff?

Hi, anyone out there have solid recommendations (or strong warnings) for Las Vegas property management companies?  

All are brick ranch style houses. 

I think the neighborhood is a strong B- in a working class area.

I'm probably biased, but I strongly believe in investing in the stock market.

I have been presented with an opportunity to invest in 2 syndications: 1) a 500 unit Garden Style (advertised as Class B) apartment community located in the Peachtree Corners neighborhood (around Hwy 140 and 141) of Norcross Georgia and 2) a 200 unit (what looks to be Class C) apartment community at Hillandale Drive near I-10 in Lithonia, GA 30058.
