Hey crew,I figured this would be he best spot to ask...I am looking for a realtor with investing experience to help guide me through my investing ventures.

We applied for mortgage on August 5 electronically, vacation July 21 thru August 25.

So I tell them to turn off all electronics , even the heat if its controlled by a  board .  

I changed to Schlage electronic keypad (great for nicer areas and vacation rental type houses as you can change code easily and instantly and give a code to your cleaners) but battery had to be replaced surprisingly early (about 1 year - supposed to last 3) Your application dictates which lock is best.

Make sure you predrill the spot ou are going to fasten and use a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw threads.

I know you can do it yourself but it's always better to pay a couple dollars more to ensure something like this is 100% spot on correct.

How much does an electronic transfer cost?

Imagine how long (ahem) “waste” can sit in these spots and work through the pipe— and as soon as it starts, it gets a literal pocket where water & waste sits ALL the time (‘cause there’s a dip in the pipe that holds water and waste.)

I wasn't knowledgable and confident enough to give a offer on the spot and I lost out.
