Any multis w/ 2 or less units, you usually have to supplement your living costs.

They might have special programs that could save you money, by way of lower rates, or give you different financing options.

And I would definitely speak with CPAs that specialize in helping RE professionals.

Contact your local manufactured housing group and ask for a referral to an attorney who specializes in MHP.  

Depending on the area you may want to put a ring camera up specially one for the condenser.
