I don't think a sauna and hot tub are necessary for a MTR.

Hello Karina,You should look into getting your Real Estate License, I think there are several advantages.1.

There are plenty of people who do both here on BP.What do you think your first move will be?   

Even an agent won't typically do these unless you hire them to place a tenant.You seem intent on being cheap, thinking you have to be to save money. 

I think the licensing requirement is good.I also think that getting a real estate sales license should be much more difficult.

I also understand id be splitting the reward/ rent but that's why I think if I can pay 50% with him or 100% alone then is minimizes a lot of my risk. cast your vote and help me out, ahah I'm new here and to the world or real-estate so take it easy on me please.

Unless you're on the beach, i'd avoid the flip flops and board shorts, but Also I think most people get defenisve or put off by suits when they are knocking on someones door, so Business Casual, collard shirt if that is something you'd wear or a Clean- Non Graphic T (unless you had your own made), clean cut dark denim jeans -- and some clean shoes. 

My struggle is the prospect of potentially giving up control, having the choices of team memebrs made by this company for example.Obviously, at the point where I see the potential members of the team to not be suitable anymore, I can definitely look for others, but i'm still finding it to be uncomfortable.What do you guys think of potentially partnering with this type of company, and what would you do if you were in my shoes?

I think anything beyond the timeline they stated I just sent them the contract for the repair.
