So therefore I'd be providing proof and I would get a service in return...Posting a deal in this forum would give me nothing in return and only open the gates for people to then dispute my personal business transactions...Not happening) So again, think what you want to think...You are right to leave the judgement calls to the smart people.

I do what is called A to B and B to C transactions where I do double closings with acquistioin funds by buying properties all cash and selling to end-buyers all done in the same day.
