The moderation in years past was ridiculous and really counter productive to conversation.

There are “synthetic” products that can be created which track similar to interest BUT are TECHNICALLY not interest.

However, the community this is located in is unable to allow short term rentals, so it will continue to be a buy and hold property for long term rentals.
