I had the fear and misgivings just like everyone else.  

(I do read everything I can and talk to whomever I can, but I don't let fear of ignorance hold me back.

I just would like to hear some stories so possibly us as a community can help you overcome whatever objections or fears you may have of taking the next step.

I have basically disrupted the comps in the local area by purchasing multi-families for such a deep discount but I fear that it could come back to haunt me if the appraiser cant find proper comps in the area. 

When it comes to selling maybe it doesn't increase the sale price by more then a couple hundred dollars but it helps make the house that much more memorable to a potential buyer and it entices them to make an offer that much sooner.These are all basic "smart home" upgrades that any house of any price point could have but you can also get much more fancy with automated blinds and music that plays when you walk in the door and other stuff like that but I feel like those are very unique to specific buyers and may not have any impact on the bottom line.As far as knowing who is ready, it's hard to say some people are hesitant and fear their smart devices being "hacked".

Yes it is illogical from a financial stand point but the fear and the psychological effects of debt cause some to want to be debt free.

You  conquer fear with knowledge. 

I loved the dog and looked forward to visiting her.The fear from landlords is somewhat justified.

It might have been someone from the previous two days ago broke our trash dumpster in the middle of the night, and they could've ran off that night out of fear that we heard but that might be a stretch.
