I know there are incentives or rebates through focus on energy, but with that program we cannot replace any of our heaters since they do not have incentives for electric base boards heaters and you need to replace your heating source with the same heating technology.

I would ignore any concerns you have about mental disabilities and just focus on the tenants' compliance with the contract.

The main focus is the property not the person.

Keep in mind, I have steered clear of doing flips and have focused only on buy and hold.

The second one is where you can focus as a landlord or property manager trying to figure out what a unit will rent for.

That’s what most flippers focus on to get max demand for their flip.

Focus more on learning how to read people and communicate well.
