Charlesa, you don't form an LLC "On a property", you form the Limited Liability Company as an entity to conduct business. 

just use homes.com and the AVM from 4 appraisal company usually has 1 standard deviation with zEstimate is in the middle.The accuracy really depends on the object property location and the sample.

Has anyone found a company as such that would lender on renovation projects?

I have State farms on my main house & attached ADU, but since they are NOT issuing new policies in California, I have been unable to find an INS company willing to just provide INS for my rental.
