My name is Nate Jones, I’m 23 and excited to get into real estate investing now that I’ve started a real job!

I'm excited to start my journey soon so any comments would be helpful. 

We had some narrow lots and the older homes were the only ones that would fit on those, with the local setback rules.Echoing what others say, most municipalities aren't excited about a MHP in their town because a MHP is not considered "improved" land, and therefore is not taxed at the "improved" rate.

It sounds really good and it excites the mind because you're going to get a business that's going to borrow the money but in practicality I just don't see it in the market like what they say it's going to do for you.A lot of times what you get with these gurus and these educational programs that you spend thousands of dollars for or that local ria rep who's going to tell you that he's the king or the or she's the queen of something all of these methods that they're using you got to remember they're on the circuit to make money and they're not making it because they're executing on their strategy they're making their money because they're selling you on the strategy.

I feel at this point in my life I get more excitement out of buying the next property than I would get just putting it into our savings or spending it on random junk. 

No matter how exciting it might seem. 

That is the only way and the numbers actually get me excited.
