What's the advice you would give to a 17 yr old who wants to pursue Real Estate?

My husband and I are looking to get started in the real estate world by flipping a house.

My current plan is to buy 1-2 properties a year until I am eligible to retire at 50 years old (15 years).

You may just have to hustle harder than a 23 year old that's looking to retire early, but you can do it!
