I found that stat to be interesting and was wondering if it is a result of investors digging up the deals with their marketing efforts.

I'm going to dig deeper into why they are selling & I may be able to buy it off them.  

(and the city had written up the property for a down fence, so they knew exactly what was going on.I ended up not buying the property for other reasons, but it did double the bid for pool removal since they were having to dig up and haul off everything..now if a permit isn't required....

I'll keep digging and post more info on this deal as I get it.

I remember glancing at it decades ago at the library, I didn't see anything that wasn't covered here, problem is you need to dig.

Here's the latest update on our service... 1) Scammers who pose as lenders have almost totally been removed from the site due to our recent efforts (this was a long and tedious process as they can be extremely tricky), 2) Lenders can still be difficult to reach by phone or email, and we're constantly working to improve that, 3) We don't get these lenders by scraping other sites or digging through courthouse records.
