32% FSBO Sell Home with out Marketing
I found that stat to be interesting and was wondering if it is a result of investors digging up the deals with their marketing efforts. I also find it interesting that Yard signs is the #1 method of FSBOs getting a home sold.

- FSBOs accounted for 9% of home sales in 2013. The typical FSBO home sold for $184,000 compared to $230,000 for agent-assisted home sales.
