Did you combine all the paint into one container and mix it together?

It would be even better if he/she is familiar with both residential/commercial/mixed used real estate. 

Using Google, I am getting mixed results. 

Some of the cities people are flocking to here on BP are a real mixed bag and honestly I think a lot are buying into bad areas someone who lives in the area would probably have avoided. 

There seems to be a big Ontario BP population, time to see more British Columbian’s in the mix.

@Cynthia Dockens my advice to anyone is to take out a loan from the 401k or take it all completely out (paying taxes on the second case, not the first) and buy real estate/crypto/pot stocks/tech stocks or stocks that pay you dividends.

Even Bloomsburg is a mixed bag because Central School District which is half of Bloomsburg avg sale price was 206k.
