Recommendation for LA landlord/tenant dispute/harassment lawyer

Do anyone know any good landlord/tenant dispute lawyer with proven record on tenant harassment cases for Los Angeles area representing tenants? 

It would be even better if he/she is familiar with both residential/commercial/mixed used real estate. 

Landlord has long history of unethical practices towards different tenants and causing intense emotional distress to evict tenant or backed away from agreement, possibly to position himself to get better mortgage rates (so he can make appropriate changes to properties).
