Here is the scenario:I have inherited real property in California.

I had a inherited tenant recently claim they had a deposit and advanced rent, but as soon as I showed them the estoppel agreement they signed showing they didn't their memory improved. 

Funny that we only have this problem with tenants that we inherited!

I will be purchasing a property in the Austin area from a family member who has just inherited the property.

Some properties, however, I have gotten inherited appliances and as long as they're in good shape and work, then I keep them.

Often, the most difficult tenants can be the ones you inherit and there are many horror stories on the topic.

But I don't see enough new construction homes by me, anyway, to suggest that there is anything in the foreseeable future that is going to correct that supply situation so I don't see how the demand will be lessened any to bring prices back down.
