I have a great network of Tradesmen that  I reply on as I definitely do not deal with leaks, and other issues that arise but I field every issue that arises as I need to know what is going with my property at which time I than delegate.....Do what works best for you.

My agent tells me there was a drain issue on their side that made the basement leak and that went into other basement (basement of the house I would be purchasing).

My sense is that it may be easier to have a plumbing company come in and fix the 2-3 leaks in the building and then inspect the other units (on the same day) for the same issue than to have the same repair occur 4-6 times over the course of six months.

Assuming these were the plumbers on the project, I found it odd that they left two leaky faucets, one leaking on the floor and the place in unruly order.

As for water leak concerns they should be your primary concerns water intrusion from the roof and the flashing should be remedied as quickly as possible to prevent extra damage.Regardless don't get down just take it a step at a time as @Greg Scott said investing is a journey not a trip it'll take time!

The AC unit did not have a safety switch installed, or a security drop tray to prevent leaks and had a hole in the main duct leading to the ductwork of the house.

Model number is: XG40T06EC36U1) Our general contractor recently spotted some corrosion and leak on one of the water heaters.I'm not sure if this issue is related to another issue mentioned by our home inspector on the inspection report: Venting pipes for Both Units also showing improper pitch to chimney stack.
