Concept requires minimum cooking so no need for the expensive kitchen requirements (hoods, grease traps, etc)Looking for a high traffic area with national anchors with a young affluent demographic anywhere from 1,000-1,800 sqft.I would also be open to an up and coming trendy part of town visited heavily by young professionals or a food popular food market stall.Have $135k in Personal SavingsAnother $25-$75 in business loans and/or angel investingSolid credit Low 700's with extremely minimal outstanding overhead expenses So what I would like to know is how feasible is it for me to get the kind of space i'm looking for and what should I be doing to strengthen my credibility over the next year?

The kitchen was the trickiest part of the house due to a VERY poor original layout - but I did my best to make it the most functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen I could.

I also see that a majority of these houses fit in two categories: a)the stairs to the second floor are against one of the long walls near the front dooror b) the stairs stick out from the wall perpendicular separating the living room space from the rest of the house (kitchen, dining room).

So finishing up my first flip put the granite in the kitchen glass tile backsplash looks nice ..too nice for the area but not the point .I decided to try and sell this house on my own since I'm splitting the profit 4 ways and don't see what a seller agent does except put the property on the mls and collects 3%.

Sorry it may be hard in your market with competition but no way I can sweat out a rehab with only 50k spread to work with bc I usually drop 20k alone on kitchen baths hvac appliances and paint.

Even if you don't allow pets, a tenant will sneak one in without telling you.I like to put the planks in the living room, kitchen, hallway and bathrooms.
