I'm assuming in your local Ohio area - check with who has potentially done this and ask them.

That could only have been for approval and you may be fine if you make the payments, but it's something you would want to check on.

Check your local laws and see what will be the fast and easiest for you.

@Vasudev Kirs I don’t know that the application sent out to the prospective tenants will divulge your personal name but I suspect for the purposes of doing the actual background checks MySmartMove may need an actual contact person with real information.

But again I would check to make sure.

A - I got a rent check the first month, partial rent the 2nd month, and bill for $550.

Check for sold/active/pending remodeled properties in that area and call every listing agent.
