I would search their site and see the different neighborhoods and listings and play with the analytics - it's interactive so you can change the numbers to get forecasts.

Since the last rehab workshop was very successful, I am proposing to repeat the format of Sunday’s workshop to include more time for networking and interaction amongst attendees.

If I get any kind of vibe of aggressiveness, hostility, difficulty or any other trait that makes me not want to interact with a person, it's unlikely I will rent to that person.Given that, sometimes things happen.

As some could imagine I have interactions with folks off the boards.

I look forward to interacting with all of you. 

I fare much better in real life interaction or over social media marketing.

Since tenants only interact with the average landlord when something goes wrong, I've found that being proactive and demonstrating that you value their business goes a long way. 

I'm now at a point where I'm learning more from my real life interactions with people in the real estate world, but I only was able to gain the confidence to do that from diligently educating myself.
