What I did was loan my children the extra money they needed at a reasonable interest rate.

Hello -I am not exactly sure what you are looking for but if you want a website that you can manage yourself for little money then Wordpress hosted by something like siteground does not get much cheaper.I will say this though as a web developer you need to know a decent amount to have something that will look good and inspire investor confidence.
