Hi everyone, Question - If I were to purchase an investment property through my rental property LLC using a DSCR loan, can I rent the property from my own LLC (would live there while updating the property)?

You can generally get a good feel for a company by having a phone call with them but certainly need to be cautious if there is little information about them available.

I haven't purchased anything over a couple hundred dollars from the gurus in many years and I haven't purchased Josh's program either, but it also caught my eye (or ear?).

I know certain mobile structures are allowed to be used for a single family home but what's the exact guidelines and who can verify this information or give me a list of all the rules and permits required for different types of mobile and prefab structures?
