In my ideal world, this is kind of a neutral investment - I get some use out of it, but more or less I'd land even in what I would pay potentially on say an 80k refinanced mortgage down the road and AirBnb income.So yeah, thanks all for listening to me blab.

@Kyle Camilliere west side is more established …nursing school area is questionable, in my view, since most of them have cars and the area around the school is not ideal.

I have spent the last 3 months reading and listening to the bigger pockets podcast, I will be purchasing income producing multi family properties and ideally would like to take advantage of the BRRRR method.
