@Jeff Barnard  Rents are currently $1075/750/600 for a 2bd/1bd/1bd(relatively small).Considering heat/water/garbage are currently included they could all get bumped a bit and still be competitive.They are in a small community in Ulster County, about 1.5 hrs north of NYC.
