It's all about trying to generate income for bankrupt cities/counties, and them figuring out a way to use private property owners homes as collateral on loans (in my opinion) because the cities/counties have -0- credit, and are making a hail mary pass to try to get their hands on money, someplace!

Bill Gulley I don't think selling now will work, but he is exploring that idea, the problem is that this has been officially announced and ground is being broken within the week, so the damage is done I think.I am thinking it might be better to wait and see if there is any expansion or subdivision plans for tribe members or whatever that may buy the neighborhood and that would be the best bet.Of course if the traffic, noise and crime gets out of hand, it may be a different story.

It does matter what the previous chain of title shows, as J Scott said, so I'd focus on the deal at hand, and not buy from the guy again.

While you are there with the sellers, make a good impression and tell them you would like to present an offer and make the agent write it on the spot and you want to hand it to the sellers with the agent once it is written.
