With that being said I will be joining the business here in the future and he has asked me to put together something that shows how much I can make coming into the business along with how much he can pay himself.

Now, how am I supposed to know if someone THINKS they may get behind sometime in the future?

Looking back, I should have held onto the cashflow to save up for a down payment for a future house.

I also plan on getting my interior design degree to go along with my future business plans as well.

Who knows if it will be the dominant "e-money" in the future.

Hi everyone,I have a SFH (it’s been rented out for about 7 years) and I want to 1031 exchange it in the semi near future.

I do all the maintenance and I plan to do all the maintenance (that I can) with all my future houses up until the point of 15-20 units.

The venture investment to the area is also continuing to contribute to the growth of the area and I see that sustaining in the future.
