I'm fortunate where I have friends in the area who can help be my 'eyes' and ears' as well as an acquaintance who currently invests in Pittsburgh himself but still find myself over analyzing especially since the cash flow areas would require fixing up which feels daunting being so far away.

I have been really fortunate to hear back quickly.

So basically I busted my *** off and got into investing into stocks initially with a portion of my monthly income when I was 18 (throwing a couple hundred bucks a month into index funds), and I was fortunate enough to have a decent paying job when I got out of university (when I started investing more heavily).

It's also the second-largest banking center in the United States and is home to seven Fortune 500 companies.

I am fairly asset rich and fortunately will not need to work for someone else again.    

Fortunately, we didn't have any holding cost and the market is so hot and we still came out ahead. 

A plan of slow, manageable growth will lead to a fortune in time.The best way to make money is not to lose money.  

We are very fortunate here on BP to have endless individuals such as our colleagues above that you have mentioned as well as others in this post that make it fun to want to learn about a topic of interest to you.  

Fortunately the building was constructed  in 1987.
