@Sarah Torres I found BP on a google search when I was comparing flooring methods for return value.

Full re-pipe and re-wire, full sheetrock downstairs (ceilings too), upstairs just new texture, all doors replaced, all cabinets replaced (upper and lower), all new flooring (enigineered wood, tile and carpet upstairs), etc. 

I’m not an expert here but a local bank should be able to provide you construction loans once you have a signed approved p&s and floor plan from a buyer.
