Structural Engineer in Charlotte NC

Looking for a structural engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina wondering if anyone had any good referrals they can send my way. New to real estate investing under contract with a property that has some issues with water damage to the band sill/floor joist. Trying to figure out the best direction to take on the property.
