There is not a ton of stuff but some furniture, basement filled with odds and ends.We want to get it on the market soon and I am looking for a reliable company who could come and give a quote to remove the stuff.Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I also was planning on filling in the address in the body of the PC "your house at 123 House Street," but same question applies... would a generic card without the specific address of the property be as sufficient?

I simply do not thrive in large events like that especially when most events that do happen to fit with my schedule are filled with seasoned REIs who I can't imagine would take a very young, inexperienced, college student seriously let alone be interested in networking.

My applicant (already approved), is telling me his current landlord (apt complex) is currently HOLDING him because he didn't fill out his notice to vacate form properly (not on THEIR form).....So he CAN'T MOVE for another 60 days (MAY27), since he filled out the wrong one.....

. $500 - $1000 is more then fair for a guy to spend a couple of hours to make sure professional fill out standard paperwork, and transaction will go under his insurance.
