Hi!  I'm a newbie to Bigger Pockets.  I own rental properties in Southern California and a duplex in Dayton, Ohio.  I'm interested in all real estate from cash flow, flipping, BBBR and multi-family, etc.  I'm looking forward to interacting with like-minded investors.
