I have a question which I was asked and since I'm not a lawyer or have experience this maybe someone on BP has.                 

Based on my personal experience, owners seems to evaluate two primary cost criteria when comparing PM's, the monthly fee and the placement / leasing fee.  

If your a CA investor and 1031'd your properties to buy out of state, would be interested in hearing your experiences. 

Make sure to reach out to one with Real Estate experience, as must of us work remotely with clients from multi-States.

In my experience, it's always been a coverage that came standard with the landlord policy. 

And I think you can take that experience from you adults if you just hand them a trust fund.

While this isn't exactly "real estate," I wanted to see if anyone else is listing motorhomes/RVs/campers for rent on sites like Outdoorsy, and what your experiences have been.

In my experience, the banks have been flexible in moving the payment dates around for my clients.
