SLC is promoting ADUs and has some guidance on how to add one.

I know investing in Detroit seems enticing because of the low prices but please do your research on growth/turn-around patterns (which I heard are happening right now).

I have recently accepted a promotion with my company to relocate from to Buffalo, NY in a time frame of 6-12 months.

Although it sounds super enticing, the VA loan is a 0% down loan product, but an assumption of a VA loan would put me in a situation where I could be having to but a significant amount down.For example, if a seller has a current mortgage of $300K and interest rate of 3% from late 2020 or early 2021, that property may now be worth around $375K or more depending on the market.

Things were going smoothly I’ve never missed a payment I’m on auto pay and have plenty of reserves I have a great payment history to this day.However my main lender at this bank got promoted and a local family friend took his place, my dad is unwilling to continue co-signing with this new lender because he “doesn’t like to do business with friends”.. he also is done with this bank. he got emotional.
